YOUR TASKS ● Support to daily troubleshooting for mass production testing equipment to ensure the achievement of relevant KPIs such as TA, MTTR, MTBF, Testing FPY, etc. ● 支持生產(chǎn)線量產(chǎn)測試設(shè)備日常排故及保養(yǎng)，確保達(dá)成相關(guān)指標(biāo)如：Technical Availability , MTTR, MTBF, testing FPYs等. ● Participate in new testing equipment design reviews, share the lesson learn with supplier and do the new tester and fixture pre/finial acceptance , and ensure that equipment design meets equipment acceptance criteria . summarize relevant equipment issues, and provide feedback to suppliers for analysis and resolution. ● 參與新測試設(shè)備/夾具相關(guān)的設(shè)計評審，分享過往的問題和經(jīng)驗(yàn)總結(jié)，確保設(shè)備制作初期設(shè)計符合要求和預(yù)驗(yàn)收/終驗(yàn)收符合設(shè)備的驗(yàn)收標(biāo)準(zhǔn). 發(fā)現(xiàn)并總結(jié)相關(guān)設(shè)備問題點(diǎn)并反饋供應(yīng)商分析解決. ● Analyze the downtime of testing equipment and summarize difficult issues through lesson learning, create troubleshooting instructions/guidelines, training testing technicians, improve efficiency, and reduce equipment downtime. ● 測試設(shè)備停機(jī)分析及疑難問題lesson learn總結(jié)，維修指導(dǎo)的制作，培訓(xùn)測試技術(shù)員并提高維修效率，減少設(shè)備停機(jī)時間. ● Develop and execute equipment maintenance instructions to ensure equipment stability and reduce equipment downtime. ● 設(shè)備保養(yǎng)指導(dǎo)書的制作及執(zhí)行，確保設(shè)備穩(wěn)定性, 減少設(shè)備停機(jī)時間. ● Analyze equipment spare parts, timely purchase, and control relevant spare parts, reduce equipment downtime, and control spare parts costs. ● 設(shè)備備件分析，及時采購和管控相關(guān)備件，降低設(shè)備停機(jī)時間，控制備件成本. ● Annual calibration of testing equipment, execution and analysis of MSA, test聽fixture strain gauge check and other work, and Improve the capability and provide qualified reports. ● 執(zhí)行測試設(shè)備年度校準(zhǔn)，測試設(shè)備年度MSA分析和改善，測試夾具應(yīng)力檢查等工作，并提供相應(yīng)的認(rèn)證報告. ● Steering and executing in monitoring of the used test equipment in the running production and implementation of improvement technical availability /FPYs, Improve machine design weakness and cost reduction action (continuous improvement). ● 跟蹤產(chǎn)線測試設(shè)備的狀態(tài)和性能, 持續(xù)改善設(shè)備的技術(shù)性能和測試設(shè)備的一次通過率并降低運(yùn)行維護(hù)成本. ● Lead a technical team to solve complex testing equipment problems, regularly summarize and share/train relevant testing techniques within the team. ● 領(lǐng)導(dǎo)技術(shù)小組解決測試設(shè)備復(fù)雜問題，定期總結(jié)并團(tuán)隊內(nèi)分享/培訓(xùn)相關(guān)測試技術(shù). ● Provide technical 2nd level support during new project launch and shift technician equipment maintenance ● 給予項(xiàng)目導(dǎo)入與技術(shù)員設(shè)備維護(hù)維修小組提供技術(shù)支持. ● Involvement in the processing of customer claims and production difficulties in agreement with e. g. quality department, production, laboratory ● 協(xié)同質(zhì)量, 生產(chǎn), 實(shí)驗(yàn)室部門處理客訴以及生產(chǎn)中所遇到的疑難問題. ● Other tasks assigned by department manager. ● 部門經(jīng)理分配的其他任務(wù) ● Follow up relevant work processes for the company and departments. ● 遵守公司及部門相關(guān)工作流程 YOUR QUALIFICATIONS ● Bachelor’s degree or above, with major in electrical engineering, computer Science, measurement, Automation, or related majors ● 本科及以上學(xué)歷，電子、計算機(jī)技術(shù)、測控測量或自動化相關(guān)專業(yè)TEXT ● 5 + years’ experience in new project planning for testing equipment, with test equipment maintenance experience is a plus. ● 5年以上測試設(shè)備導(dǎo)入或維護(hù)經(jīng)驗(yàn) ● Familiar with one or multi of testing technology, etc PCBA on board flashing/ ICT/PCBA function/EOL, RF / LF Calibration/ cyber security in Automotive ECU， and experience in ICT programming development /troubleshooting ,SW debug or EOL testing automation is preferred ● 熟悉一種或多種測試技術(shù)（on board flashing/ ICT/PCBA function/EOL RF/calibration/Cyber security 應(yīng)用在 Flashing/EOL）,有ICT 程序開發(fā)及程序調(diào)試經(jīng)驗(yàn)或 功能測試/自動化經(jīng)驗(yàn)者優(yōu)先考慮。 ● Proficient in reading and understanding product circuit (analog/digital), equipment wiring, and other drawings, capable of effectively troubleshooting for the complex equipment failures ， do the in housing repairing for the broken measurement boards/instrument/power suppliers . ● 能夠熟練閱讀并理解產(chǎn)品或設(shè)備的電路圖（模擬/數(shù)字），電氣，設(shè)備接線等原理圖，能夠分析電路能解決設(shè)備復(fù)雜故障 ，并對設(shè)備上損壞部件能分析電路及修復(fù)這些測試板卡，儀器，電源等。 ● Familiar with one of C# /C++ or CVI programming language, Know the NI /vector measurement products (MIO/DIO/DMM/Vector CANoe) application is plus . ● 熟悉并了解C#，C++,CVI等任意一種編程語言, 有NI 測量板卡應(yīng)用或熟悉Vector CANoe 工具分析應(yīng)用經(jīng)驗(yàn)者佳。 ● Have the electrical troubleshooting capability, familiar with Robot troubleshooting or Festo/Siemens servo is a plus. ● 有電氣維護(hù)和排故的經(jīng)驗(yàn)，有機(jī)器人排故經(jīng)驗(yàn)或熟悉Festo或siemens伺服電機(jī)控制應(yīng)用者更佳。 ● Fluent English communication skills both oral and written. ● 良好的英語口頭溝通和讀寫技能； ● Fluent English communication skills both oral and written. ● 良好的英語口頭溝通和讀寫技能；
