ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Store Metrics & Performance Management: · Define, track, and analyze store-level performance KPIs, including sales productivity, conversion rates, average transaction value (ATV), units per transaction (UPT), and other operational metrics. · Develop and maintain performance dashboards to provide full visibility into store performance. · Establish performance benchmarks and break down sales targets for stores, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. In-Depth Sales Analysis & Reporting: · Conduct deep-dive sales analysis to identify trends, patterns, and variances across stores, regions, and channels. · Generate regular and ad-hoc sales analysis reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations for retail leadership. · Translate complex sales data into compelling narratives that inform decision-making. Drive KPI Performance & Identify Opportunities/Risks: · Proactively monitor store performance to identify high-risk stores and growth opportunities. · Partner with retail field teams to develop action plans that address underperformance and replicate success drivers. · Provide early warnings on KPI risks and recommend timely interventions to keep performance on track. Incentive Program Design & Effectiveness Tracking: · Collaborate with HR/Finance and retail leadership to design, refine, and implement sales incentive programs that motivate store teams and align with business priorities. · Track and analyze the effectiveness of incentive programs, measuring ROI and impact on targeted KPIs. · Provide regular feedback on incentive program performance and recommend adjustments to optimize outcomes. Promotional Effectiveness & Risk Monitoring: · Evaluate the performance of promotional campaigns and in-store events, analyzing their impact on sales, traffic, and conversion. · Monitor promotional activities for potential risks, such as margin erosion, inventory shortages, or operational strain. · Deliver post-promotion analysis reports with key learnings and recommendations for future initiatives. QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITES) · 6+ years of experience in retail planning, business analysis, or sales performance management, preferably within the retail or sports industry. · Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL). · Proven experience in KPI management, incentive program design, and promotional effectiveness analysis. · Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. · Strong commercial acumen with a proactive, problem-solving mindset. · Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
