- Primary purpose of role: ? Responsible for the OTB process and seasonal buying budget ? Serve as a bridge between finance department and cross function team to ensure the achievement of budget ? Perform scenario planning and analysis to improve the performance by brand by channel ? Responsible for the topline and related sales reporting Business partnership ? Own end-to-end OTB (Open-To-Buy) governance including pre-season planning, in-season reforecasting and inventory control to maximize sell-through and margin ? Drive OTB discipline across merchandising and allocation teams, ensuring alignment between financial targets, stock levels and sell-through performance ? Take the lead and working with merchandising, commercial teams and finance department to ensure operational efficiency. ? Develop and optimize the seasonal/batch basis OTB budget process ? Formulate OTB budgets grounded in in-depth market insights and precise data analysis ? Lead feasibility analysis to continuously optimize the operational efficiency from buying perspective Data analysis & reporting ? Continuously monitor business trends across products and channels (including discount performance) and develop forward-looking sales forecasts. ? Conduct ad-hoc analysis to identify opportunities for improving financial performance across channels, with ongoing close monitoring. Requirement： ? Background in FP&A, or merchandising planning is required. ? 8+ years planning experience in retail industry; Apparel/Fashion industry will be a plus. ? Experienced in OTB process would be highly preferred. ? Strong data processing skills with advanced proficiency in Excel. ? Self-motivated, with strong ownership and the ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure. ? High attention to detail and a hands-on approach. ? Strong team player ? Education Qualification: A bachelor degree or above in Finance & Economics, or a quantitative field.
